Our 14 Day Policy If you have changed your mind or if a piece simply does not resonate with you, you are welcome to return it to us within 14 days of receipt.
How to Arrange a Return To ensure your return is tracked and processed smoothly, please contact our team before sending anything back.
- Contact Us: Email us at hello@mysticgrove.co.uk with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- Get Your Label: We will email you a return shipping label to print at home.
- Pack & Send: Securely package your items (ideally in the original box) and attach the label.
Please note: Unless the item is faulty, the cost of the return label may be deducted from your final refund amount.
Damaged or Faulty Items We pack every order with intention and care, but we know that accidents can happen during the journey.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement.
Hygiene & Safety Exclusions To ensure the safety and wellbeing of our community, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they are faulty:
- Opened essential oils.
- Used water bottles.
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
