We want you to love your experience with Mystic Grove. Whether you’re treating yourself or choosing a thoughtful gift, we’re here to make sure everything feels just right. If you’ve changed your mind or no longer wish to keep your order, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt at the following address:

Please include your order number, the reason for your return, and whether you’d prefer a refund or exchange. Once we’ve received the item(s), we’ll issue a refund for the product cost (excluding original postage) or process your exchange as requested.
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please email us first at hello@mysticgrove.co.uk or call us on 01952 375 852 so our team can assist you. If we ask you to return the product, and the issue is confirmed upon inspection, we will refund the full product cost along with standard return postage (up to the equivalent of Royal Mail First Class).
Please return your items with suitable packaging, ideally the original packaging and include your delivery note or a copy of your order confirmation. We recommend obtaining proof of postage in case your parcel is delayed or lost in transit.
Please note, for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened essential oils
- Used water bottles
- Used earrings
