Delivery
Everything is sent from Shropshire by Royal Mail, tracked as standard. We ship within the UK only.
Royal Mail Tracked 48, £3.65
Arrives within two working days of dispatch.
Royal Mail Tracked 24, £4.65
Arrives the next working day after dispatch.
Both services are fully tracked. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
We post Monday to Friday. Orders placed at a weekend or on a bank holiday are sent on the next working day.
Packing
Every piece is wrapped by hand and packed to travel.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel has not arrived within ten working days of the tracking showing it was dispatched, get in touch and we will chase it with Royal Mail.
If anything arrives damaged, send a photograph to hello@mysticgrove.co.uk within fourteen days of delivery and we will put it right.
