How to work a spell kit
Choose a quiet time and clear your space first, with smoke, sound or a few slow breaths. Lay out everything in the kit, read the instructions through once, and keep your intention in mind as you work. Afterwards, note what you did and how it felt in a journal.
Timing your spell
Spells for drawing something in, such as happiness or self love, are traditionally worked as the moon grows from new to full. Spells for easing everyday pressure and letting go suit the waning moon.
