Crystal Spheres

A crystal sphere is a stone polished into a perfect round, so its colour and pattern show from every angle. In crystal tradition, a sphere is said to radiate its energy evenly in all directions, which makes it a favourite for the centre of a room, an altar or a meditation space. Every sphere comes with one of our wooden stands.

Choosing a crystal sphere

Start with the stone. Amethyst and dream amethyst for calm and intuition, lapis lazuli for truth and wisdom, moonstone for new beginnings and moon work, sodalite for clear thinking, and selenite for cleansing. Then choose a size: smaller spheres sit well in the hand, while larger ones hold their own on a shelf.

Using a sphere

Hold a sphere during meditation, place it at the centre of a crystal grid, or rest it where you want a steady presence in the room. Some people use clear or softly banded spheres for scrying, gazing gently into the stone to quiet the mind.

Care

Dust with a soft cloth and keep spheres on their stands so they cannot roll. Keep selenite and calcite spheres away from water.
