Description

Choose your blue apatite sphere

• A, 72mm, 620g, £60. Bright ocean blue with paler swirls across one side and a deeper teal patch on the other, with fine natural veining throughout.

Every sphere is photographed on its own, and the letter in the dropdown matches the photos, so the blue apatite sphere you see is the one you receive.

Every sphere comes with one of our standard wooden sphere stands.

What blue apatite is

Blue apatite takes its name from the Greek word for deceit, because early collectors kept mistaking it for other stones. It belongs to the same mineral family that forms our teeth and bones.

Blue apatite meaning and traditional correspondences

In traditional crystal practice blue apatite sits with the throat and third eye chakras. It is kept for clear thinking, finding the right words, and for motivation when energy has dipped. Many people work with it alongside Gemini, and it suits a desk or study where focus matters.

A sphere spreads its energy evenly in every direction, so this is a piece for the centre of an altar, a meditation space or a crystal grid.

Correspondences are traditional and are offered as part of a practice, not as a substitute for medical or professional advice.

Caring for your blue apatite sphere

Apatite sits at 5 on the Mohs scale, so it is softer than quartz and will mark if knocked against harder stones. Keep it on its stand and away from the edge of a shelf. Cleanse with sound, breath or moonlight, and avoid salt and long soaks in water.
