UK Mainland Delivery
All Mystic Grove orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24 at a flat rate of £4.00. This service is 24 hours from the time your parcel is dispatched.
- Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day.
- During busy periods please allow a little extra time for processing.
- You can normally expect your parcel to arrive within 1–3 working days of placing your order.
- Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
- A signature will be required on delivery to keep your crystals safe.
UK Mainland: Standard rate £4.00 (Royal Mail Tracked 24).
Channel Islands: Service will be available shortly – rates will be shown at checkout.
Europe: Shipping to selected European countries is being added in the coming days – full details and prices will be updated here.
International: At this time we only ship within the UK and Europe.
Returns
We hope you love your new crystals, but if for any reason you need to return an item we are here to help.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- Once we receive and check your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
