What a labradorite owl means
Labradorite is the threshold stone. It is worked with at edges and changes, at dusk, at the turn of the year, and at the point where one thing has ended and the next has not started. Most often it is reached for to hold the edges of your own energy steady in crowded or draining places, which is why it travels well in a bag.
The owl is a natural fit. Both belong to the low light hours, and both are associated with seeing without full information. This is the one in the set most often chosen for Samhain and the dark half of the year.

Care
Softer than quartz and it splits cleanly inside the stone, so it chips rather than scratches if knocked. Keep it away from harder pieces and do not soak it. A dry cloth, dried straight away if damp. Cleanse with sound, breath or moonlight.
