Apophyllite meaning
Apophyllite is linked with the third eye and crown chakras and is often kept for meditation, calm and clear thinking. Its bright, reflective points make it a favourite near a window or on a moon altar, and many people work with it for quiet reflection at the full moon.
The name comes from the Greek for “leaf off”, because the crystal can flake apart in layers when heated. Handle the points gently, as they can chip.
