Cauldrons, Ritual & Offering Bowls

A ritual bowl gives your altar a centre. It holds offerings, herbs, water, crystals or a candle, and marks the space where your practice happens. The Grove carries three kinds, each with its own work to do.

Selenite bowls

Selenite is traditionally used to cleanse and charge other crystals, so a selenite bowl doubles as a resting place for your stones between uses. Choose from round, heart, moon, hex and eye bowls in several sizes. Selenite dissolves in water, so keep it dry and dust it gently. See more in our selenite range.

Cast iron cauldrons and ritual pots

A cast iron cauldron is the working heart of many altars, used for burning herbs, resin and charcoal, or for releasing written intentions. Always stand it on a heatproof surface, add a layer of sand before using charcoal, and let it cool fully before moving it.

Offering plates

Triple leg enamelled offering plates lift offerings of food, flowers, coins or incense above the altar. At Samhain, many people set one out on an ancestor altar.
