About this rainbow moonstone tower
This is a single tower, and the photos show the exact piece you will receive, from several angles.
What rainbow moonstone is
Rainbow moonstone is a white form of labradorite, a feldspar mineral. Its blue sheen comes from light scattering between fine layers inside the stone, the same effect that gives labradorite its flash. The dark marks are natural inclusions, often of black tourmaline.
Traditional correspondences
Rainbow moonstone is traditionally linked with the moon, the crown and third eye chakras, and with intuition, new beginnings and emotional balance. It is a natural companion for moon work, placed on the altar at the new or full moon or kept beside the bed.
Correspondences are traditional and are offered as part of a practice, not as a substitute for medical or professional advice.
Caring for your rainbow moonstone tower
Rainbow moonstone is around 6 to 6.5 on the Mohs scale and can chip along its layers if dropped, so stand it on a flat surface. Dust with a soft cloth. To cleanse, use sound, breath or moonlight, and a night under the full moon is a lovely ritual for this stone.
