Choose your carnelian druzy palm stone

• A: deep red orange with soft banding and a pocket of sparkling white druzy crystals near one edge.
• B: warm orange with a long druzy channel running across the face, and creamy agate patches round the edge.
• C: amber orange with clear honey coloured zones and a shield shaped druzy pocket in the middle.
• D: deep oxblood red with a small dark druzy cave that glitters when it catches the light.

About carnelian druzy

Carnelian is a variety of chalcedony, a quartz made of crystals far too small to see, coloured warm orange and red by iron. Where a hollow was left as the stone formed, larger quartz crystals grew inside, and that sparkling lining is the druzy.

A carnelian palm stone is made to be held. It is the easiest form to keep in a pocket or bag, or to hold in meditation, running a thumb over the smooth face and feeling the little rough texture of the druzy.
