Most are red, brown, black or metallic, the colours of the root chakra. Pick the stone you want from the dropdown and you receive one tumblestone of that crystal, roughly 2cm to 3cm.

How to use crystals for grounding

Grounding stones are often held in each hand while standing barefoot, kept in a pocket on busy days, or placed at the feet during meditation. Many people simply hold one and take a few slow breaths, feeling its weight in the palm.

Grounding work suits every phase, and is especially loved at the dark moon and at Mabon and Samhain, as the year turns inward.
