Polished tumblestones, chosen by stone. There are 42 to choose from, from rose quartz and amethyst to labradorite, malachite and petrified wood, most at £1.99 each. Pick the stone you want from the dropdown and you receive one tumblestone of that crystal, roughly 2cm to 3cm, ready for your pocket, a pouch, a crystal grid or the altar.

Blue lace agate and bumble bee jasper are smaller, so each of those comes as four small pieces.

Black tourmaline comes as a natural raw piece rather than a polished tumblestone.

Using tumblestones

Tumblestones are the easiest way to start working with crystals. They are traditionally carried in a pocket or pouch through the day, held during meditation, tucked under a pillow, or laid out together as a crystal grid, with a clear quartz in the centre to gather and amplify the intention.

Many people build their own small collection, choosing stones for the moon phase, a Sabbat on the Wheel of the Year, or an intention such as calm, protection or abundance.

Caring for your tumblestones

Tumblestones are polished smooth and take everyday carrying well. Softer stones such as calcite, fluorite, lepidolite, malachite and apatite scratch more easily, so keep them in their own pouch, and keep malachite, hematite, pyrite and calcite away from water. To cleanse, use sound, breath or moonlight.
