Description
A crystal fox carving, around 6cm tall, carved and polished into a sweet sitting fox with a curled tail and closed, smiling eyes. There are twelve stones to choose from, and each fox is photographed on its own, so the fox you see is the fox you receive.
Choose your crystal fox
- Smoky quartz. Pale honey smoke, glassy and softly translucent. Grounding and calming.
- Rose quartz. Soft blush pink with gentle streaks. The stone of love, kindness and self care.
- Sodalite. Deep blue flecked with white and black. Linked with calm thought and honest words.
- Orange calcite. Bright tangerine with creamy bands. Warm, cheerful and creative.
- Fire quartz. Clear quartz threaded with red and rust veining. Energising and motivating.
- Clear quartz. Milky white and softly glowing. The amplifier, for clarity and focus.
- Black obsidian. Glossy, mirror black. A favourite for protection and grounding.
- Labradorite. Grey green with flashes of colour as it turns in the light. A stone of intuition and transformation.
- Jade. Mossy green with darker veining. Linked with luck, harmony and growth.
- Que sera. Charcoal and slate blue patched with caramel and tan. A steadying, easygoing stone.
- Yooperlite. Dark grey speckled with sodalite that glows bright orange under UV light, as the photo shows. A little piece of hidden fire.
- Lemon jade. Fresh lemon yellow with white flecks. Bright, light and uplifting.

The fox in folklore
The fox turns up in stories all over the world as a clever, quick footed guide who knows the paths between places. In British and Celtic tales it stands for wit and adaptability, and in Japanese folklore the kitsune is a wise and magical fox spirit.
A crystal fox makes a lovely companion for an altar, a bedside table or a desk, and a thoughtful gift for anyone who loves foxes, crystals or both. Many people choose a stone by colour, or by the quality they would like a little more of.

Caring for your crystal fox
The stones vary in hardness. Calcite and jade are softer and can scratch, while quartz and obsidian are harder but can chip at the ears and tail if dropped. Keep your fox on a flat surface and dust with a soft dry cloth. Avoid soaking calcite. To cleanse, use sound, breath or moonlight.
